Shipping

Shipping charges are based on product weight and are flat-rate charges of $9.96 or less due to the fluctuating shipping costs charged by the various carriers; your purchase may be sent by any of the above carriers at our discretion.  While we attempt to keep shipping charges as low as possible, some items may also carry a special "handling" fee which we cannot control.  All domestic orders are shipped within 4 business days of verified payment unless otherwise specified (most the next business day). In-transit times vary by shipper - please allow up to 10 days from end of transaction for your purchase to arrive before inquiring.  We use UPS, Fed-Ex and USPS as our shipping carriers.  We reserve the right to change shipping methods at any time with no extra cost to the customer on ground orders, notification will be sent immediately if shipping methods change.  Insurance is included on all USPS, UPS and Fed-Ex orders with no extra cost.

Please note that any duties, VAT, or other taxes that may be imposed by customs on international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be waived - we do attempt to use the USPS for international shipments to keep the costs to you, our customer, as low as possible and avoid FedEx and USP broker fees.
